Rick joined in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 27 years of experience guiding financial strategy and operations for mission-driven institutions. Rick began his career at Deloitte & Touche and later served as CFO for three local banks, building a reputation for strategic leadership and innovative problem-solving. A graduate of San Diego State University and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, Rick combines strong financial judgement with a commitment to fostering collaborative, inclusive teams.

His vision is to take ECSFCU to new heights while honoring the strong foundation built by those before him.
