Website Accessibility

We want to be accessible to ALL of our members

If you experience difficulties in accessing any content or functionality on our website or mobile app, please let us know. You may call 619-588-1515 or email our branch. We will work with you to provide the information or item(s) you seek through a communication method that is accessible for you (example – communication through telephone support).

East County Schools wants to provide a positive experience to all of our members, and to promote accessibility, diversity and inclusion. Our goal is to allow our members to communicate with us in a way that is convenient for you.

We strive to make our technology accessible and continuously work on accessibility improvements. Whether you are using assistive technologies like a screen reader, a magnifier, voice recognition software, or switch technology, our goal is to make your experience with East County Schools a successful and enjoyable experience.

Updating technology can help

We recommend using the most current versions of the computer-based assistive technology applications and browsers. There are easy-to-use controls for adjusting the size and colors of content on a web page. There are no ideal content size or color combinations for all users. By using the controls provided by your browser, you can personalize the content presentation to suit your needs. Keeping your browsers up-to-date will ensure that you have the most options for accessibility. Newer browsers tend to provide more display options to make content accessible, and may work better with assistive technologies.

Our staff is always open to making improvements to provide the best possible online experience for our users. If you need additional assistance, please contact us.

My Loan Officer, Mireya, is truly an asset to ECSFCU. She is competent, articulate, sweet and compassionate. When there was an error in the payoff of my car, Mireya personally took a credit union check and drove it to the dealer to correct it, the same day. We are thankful for the time and effort she put into this important transaction.  That’s customer service, and she is leading the pack!
