Annual Membership Meeting Feb. 19, 2025 5:15pm

Please join us at the ECSFCU Annual Meeting of the Membership.

Our Annual Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting held in person at our El Cajon main branch and via Zoom on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 5:15 PM Pacific Time. All primary ECSFCU Member-Owners are invited and welcome to attend. The meeting agenda includes a Report of the Board, a Report of the credit union's 2024 financial results, a Report of the Supervisory Committee, and the announcement of our incoming Board of Directors for the new term.

We have three Board members who are up for reelection in February 2025. All have expressed a willingness to continue their volunteer service. There were no additional nominations for these positions received.  When the nominations are equal to the number of open seats for this election, a ballot process is not required, per our bylaws. Therefore, by process of acclamation, David Yeager, Dr. Leonita (Leo) Smith, and Natalie Ray will be appointed to the Board of Directors of East County Schools Federal Credit Union for a term of three years during this meeting.

The 2024 Annual Report will be compiled and posted prior to the 2025 Annual Meeting and copies will be available in the branch as well.

My Loan Officer, Mireya, is truly an asset to ECSFCU. She is competent, articulate, sweet and compassionate. When there was an error in the payoff of my car, Mireya personally took a credit union check and drove it to the dealer to correct it, the same day. We are thankful for the time and effort she put into this important transaction.  That’s customer service, and she is leading the pack!
