2021 Educator Tour Classic - French Riviera
2021 Educator Tour 2.0 - National Parks
Traditionally the Educators Tours have always traveled internationally, but this year we felt it was important to help support the U.S. travel and tourism industry, and plan one of our trips within the United States. Both trips have been custom designed to be an unforgettable travel experience for all East County school employees, as well as their family and friends. Find out what more than 700 Educator Tour travelers have come to enjoy on these exceptionally well-planned trips, and why travelers return year after year.

WHO CAN TRAVEL WITH US
All Educator Tours are open to the general public. East County Schools FCU has been the corporate sponsor of this trip since its inception and as such, the trip is largely comprised of members of the East County education community, working and retired, and their friends and families. There is so much FUN on these trips, and such a connection amongst travelers, that many travelers attend year after year. We now sponsor TWO trips a year, instead of just one for that reason. Each trip will have an optional side tour to an educational facility in that area, which contributes to making them a work expense for some. Both trips are through the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce, who hosts additional trips throughout the year.
CLASSIC vs. 2.0 TRIPS
The Educator Tour started out visiting the Wonders of The World, and travels have included Greece, Australia, Spain, Ireland, China, Istanbul and more. As the trips have aspired to not repeat locations, the limited spaces fill up, and travelers return year after year to see new places, it became apparent that a second Educator Tour would be warranted. Our President & CEO Steve Devan will host our Educator Tour Classic, traveling to new locations around the world, and the Educator Tour 2.0, hosted by our AVP of Marketing & Business Development Karen Fleck, will travel to favorite locations already traveled to, for those who missed that destinations the first go around. Now you have TWO choices, to join the most fun travel trips around!
Informational Meetings will provide an itinerary overview for both trips and answer all questions pertaining to the “Educators Tour” program. East County Schools Federal Credit Union and the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce will be cohosting the first Informational Meeting via Zoom. Contact Susan Roberts-Egley to RSVP for this meeting or with questions about the meeting.
Win a Free Trip! As a way of saying “Thank You” to all East County Schools FCU member-owners, we will be conducting a drawing to send a lucky ECSFCU member-owner on one of these two trips. Contest rules and information, along with a short online survey that is required for entry into this contest, will be posted here by January 4, 2021. Must be a member-owner as of February 8, 2021 (new members welcome). Survey entries will be accepted January 4, 2021 - February 8, 2021. Contest Rules
