Monthly inactivity fee of $2.95 beginning the 13th consecutive month after there has been no activity on your card. Lost/stolen card replacement fee of $5.00. Prepaid card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to license from Visa® U.S.A. Inc. and pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Use domestically everywhere debit cards are accepted. No ATM or cash access.
