Online Banking FAQ
How do I log in to Online Banking for the first time?
You will be asked to ENROLL as a new user the first time you access your Online Banking.
Establish your identity by entering your identifying information. Primary and Joint account holders can register separately.
Confirm or update your phone number.
Select a new User Name and Password.
- User Name must be 4 – 20 characters long
- User Name must be unique
- Password must be 8 – 20 characters long
- The password must not contain:
- Member birthdate
- Member account number
- Social Security number
- Username
- The password must contain:
- At least one lower case letter
- At least one upper case letter
- At least one number
- The password must not contain:
Type a Security Phrase up to 200 characters
- A security phrase is a group of words that you will immediately recognize as something you wrote. For example: a song lyric or a quote.
- Look for this phrase when you login on future visits
Select a Security Image and answer Security Questions
- A security image is a photo that you will recognize as an image that you selected when you initially register.
- Security questions will be asked of you when you log in from a new device.

- Once you have confirmed your information, please read and agree to the Online Banking Terms and Conditions.
Congratulations! You have successfully re-registered your ECSFCU Accounts.
- To begin using Online Banking now or in the future, you will be asked to log into the system using your newly entered information.
I have already enrolled on the ECSFCU Mobile App. Will I also be required to enroll on Online Banking?
No. Enrolling in one location will work for both Online Banking and the ECSFCU Mobile app.
Where is “Home Banking” “CU@U” and “ECSFCU Internet Branch”?
- These names are older names all referring to Online Banking.
- If you access your ECSFCU accounts through our website on any device at www.EastCountySchools.org it is Online Banking.
- If you access your ECSFCU accounts through a mobile app you download on to your mobile device, it is Mobile Banking.
